3U studio rack in solid maple

Standard 19″ rack mount, 3U desktop unit. Butt joints with purpleheart splines.

All racks are 11-12″ deep unless otherwise noted.

Joinery style: splined butt joints.  Splines are full length, purpleheart.
Racks are finished in hand-rubbed Rubio Monocoat. A paste wax can be added for additional sheen, however Rubio is all the protection your wood needs.

Using hard & soft maple, walnut, red grandis, red oak, cherry and other species, our racks span the range from conservative and elegant single species construction to combination pieces featuring contrasting splines, functional box joints, lock miters, and even epoxy inlays.

All racks feature a standard 19″ rack width, mounted rails tapped for standard 10/32 screws, and rubber feet (rolling racks come with locking rubber casters).

Unless otherwise noted, all pieces use Rubio Monocoat Pure – no stain. Like all oil finishes, Rubio will lend a richness to the natural colour of the wood.
